THE HOUSE It is a rustic-cottage style house of around 150m2 including the bar and it has just been refurbished and fully-furnished, right down to stylish ornaments and flowers (the photos above are fairly recent, but new photos are coming showing grass now from the rain and a few changes). Originally designed to host short-term holiday lets, the owners changed their mind and would instead prefer someone to enjoy it long-term – although they did say that they would be willing to chat if someone was interested in it for a shorter agreed period (the price and contract would need to be adjusted according to the duration of course).
LIVING ROOM The lounge has air-conditioning/heating, a real fireplace, leather sofa-bed, cabinets, a smart-tv & fast fibre/wifi connection (currently Olin Fibra Go 600Mb/20€pm). The dining area has a 6-seater extending glass table.
KITCHEN It has a fully equipped kitchen with dual sinks and all you would expect incl. microwave, coffee machine, kettle & a toaster, to knives and forks.
BEDROOMS There are 2 bedrooms of similar size (one with a large double & the other with two singles), both with floor to ceiling wardrobes and air-conditioning.
BATHROOM There is 1 bathroom with a closed glass curved shower.
GARDEN The outside terrace has 6-seater patio furniture and a large swimming pool with walk-in steps & shower.
BBQ/BAR It has a very large bar with kitchen, chimney barbeque and seating, all covered – the washing machine is also there.
ORCHARDS The tenant has access to 50+ trees with passion fruit, grapefruit, pomegranate, figs, Kaki, custard apples, grapes, oranges, citrus fruits, nuts & more. Management and maintenance costs of the grounds are all covered the owner. Even the watering is done from a well-house system (so no maintenance or watering fees for the tenant).
SPORTS The tennis court is a full-size court with tall wire sides, there are removable football goals that can be used in the court area or on the grass and also and a small adjacent crazy-golf putting area.
PARKING There are spaces for 2 vehicles covered (one space is the bar’s terrace) and very large grounds for much more.
This cosy private house with its spacious area of nature & extra unique features makes it the ideal tranquil home to chillout and entertain guests alike. this house was passed on to me by an agent and he said that pets were allowed but i called the number and they said no. wots going on are they accepted or not and if no than do you not think you should specify the in the advert

Please note that whilst we are not obliged to specify animals in advertisements in spain (and this post is “Direct from Owner” and therefore definitely not our issue), we do however like to improve things where possible and so are happy to assist you.
The owner has told us that the reason they did not select “No Pets Allowed” on our platform, is because despite the new furniture etc. they would certainly consider pets. They then went on to explain that you eventually admitted that you have a horse, three large dogs, a small dog and an undisclosed quantity of cats.
“The Owner hereby stipulates that the presence of animals exceeding a reasonable number, size, or other unspecified characteristics shall fall outside the scope of what is considered permissible as “pets†for the purposes of this rental agreement”
