Over 10,000 square meters of land you can easily apply for building permission (in fact the laws here are thankfully getting a little easier in recent times), however the land does not come with permission because of a quick sale and the price would be double at least. Hi Samantha, yes certainly, there have been approx. 4 or 5 underground ‘veins’ located in the corner of the plot, ready for the new owner to tap into with a well or suchlike. The neighbour has what appears to be an electric pump in his well, that is feeding some very big and green avocado trees. The location of the veins is marked with a steel rod in the ground. Hi Paco, thanks for your message…. but no, that most certainly is not true, in fact I am today arranging more viewings for this Sunday. There were a few offers made but the owner did not accept any of them, so you can correct your agent whoever they are (and please inform them that it is not listed with any agents whatsoever so it is impossible for them to comment) – we are only displaying the advert here because it is my partner selling the land and places like Facebook etc. block the owners details or limit photos and suchlike.
