Hi Samantha, yes certainly, there have been approx. 4 or 5 underground ‘veins’ located in the corner of the plot, ready for the new owner to tap into with a well or suchlike. The neighbour has what appears to be an electric pump in his well, that is feeding some very big and green avocado trees. The location of the veins is marked with a steel rod in the ground.
