Hi Samantha, yes certainly, there have been approx. 4 or 5 underground ‘veins’ located in the corner of the plot, ready for the new owner to tap into with a well or suchlike. The neighbour has what appears to be an electric pump in his well, that is feeding some very big and green avocado trees. The location of the veins is marked with a steel rod in the ground. Over 10,000 square meters of land you can easily apply for building permission (in fact the laws here are thankfully getting a little easier in recent times), however the land does not come with permission because of a quick sale and the price would be double at least.
