The cottage is built on a private orchard and you can pick from the organic produce there literally outside the front door. It’s accessed by remote electric gates with parking inside and the house itself is fully furnished with everything you could possibly need: from a large kingsize bed, large sofa-bed, dining table, TV/radio, high speed internet, A/C, heating, oven & microwave, to glasses & utensils etc. wardrobe, a utility room on the side with washing machine & an extra fridge freezer and another storage room under the terrace.

It’s a nice quiet area that suits relaxed people who enjoy the peace, calm & tranquillity of nature’s woodlands and makes an ideal holiday home for 1 to 4 people, it’s size/design/location however for use as a permanent residence is limited to a more mature, single non-smoker without pets.

The bills are 75€ per month to include everything: Electric, Water, High Speed Internet, Netflix, Prime & all UK Channels etc.), Rubbish Tax & All Garden/Orchard Maintenance.
