Why it is different from a portal enquiry
A portal enquiry tells you someone liked one listing. A seeker lead tells you what a buyer actually wants — every town they would consider, every property type, and their real budget. That means you can match them to stock you have not listed yet, or to a property coming to market next week.

Who can see seeker leads?
Any registered agent or agency on Property Boutique with coverage areas set on their public profile. If you have not chosen your areas yet, no seekers can be matched to you — set them first from your dashboard, and matching begins immediately.
