Excellent, five-star service! When we decided to rent out our holiday home for short-let holidays, we really did not know what we were letting ourselves in for. We are both quite tech-savvy and know our way around Spain, but still underestimated everything involved with transitioning from a large family home to a holiday rental. We had our villa on the market with Property Boutique and after only 3 viewings the house was SOLD!! And we got the price we wanted. When selling a place it definately comes down to the owner being given a realistic valuation, and ensuring the agent you choose knows their stuff. My advice to anyone considering selling your home is that they must feel comfortable with their agent choice. My wife and I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys to anyone in the future who is trying to decide between agents.
